If you choose customization please include details on where you want the customization located (upper back of shirts or left thigh of pants), the correct spelling of names, and what color(Most choose red but we have other colors too).

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item with prior approval. Email mudforceocr@gmail.com
If you need to return a product because it arrived damaged or not the product that you ordered, we will send you a postage-paid shipping label for your return.
If you need to return a product because you would like a different size, color, or other feature, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return these items. Upon approval, a shipping address will be provided for your return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the condition that you received it. An approved return may be accepted for exchange or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned items, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
